Schools are asked to give their feedback on the School Health Service

Request for schools to complete a short online survey on the School Health Service, as part of the East Sussex Public Health School Health Needs Assessment.

This consultation will inform future commissioning of the local school health service as part of the national 0-19 Healthy Child Programme. Public health want to capture the insights of those who work most closely with, and alongside the service, in supporting the health of school age children and young people in East Sussex. We want to explore what’s working and where there might be gaps or improvements needed in support and provision.

The questions in this survey are intentionally broad, and your answers will be anonymised so that you can give your opinions freely depending on your own expertise and experiences.

We’ll then capture the key themes across all responses to inform the wider needs assessment.

The survey should take up to 10 minutes to complete and can be found here https://consultation.eastsussex.gov.uk/public-health/202897f1

The survey closes on 27th January 2019.
