Is your school website up to date?

What maintained schools must publish online stipulates the information that schools need to publish on their website along with the format this information must be published in.

 

As much of the information on the school website needs to be updated as at the end of the academic year, it is best practice for the school website to be audited.  Website checklists for maintained primary and secondary schools are available from Governors Online.

The audit will help the governing board and school identify where there is a shortfall, either because the information is not up to date, is missing or not presented in the correct format.
