Schools ICT Customer Feedback Survey

Please keep your eyes open for our upcoming customer feedback survey - we are looking for your feedback.

In order to get a better understanding of the services that we provide to schools, the Schools ICT Team will be inviting you to help us by taking part in a short customer feedback survey in the coming weeks.

The aim of the survey is to understand what value you place on the services that we provide; how well we interact with you; the tools that you use to manage data within the school; and what areas of consultancy and training would be of use.

We will be using the information that we gather to shape further improvements to our existing services and also to possibly help in the design of new service offers.

We will be contacting schools by email to invite you to complete the survey. This will contain a link to the online survey form; the link will be sent directly to Schools when available. 

The survey should take a maximum of 10-15 minutes to complete.  We will be asking for your school name but otherwise the survey will be anonymous.  Your assistance in completing the survey will be very much appreciated and we will look forward to sharing the results of the survey in the coming months.
