Involve your students in marking World Mental Health Day!

World Mental Health Day is on Wednesday 10th October.  This year the focus is 'young people and mental health in a changing world'.  What can your school or college do to mark the event and get your community talking and thinking about how best to support young people's mental health?  How can your students take a lead on this subject for the day?

Please see https://czone.eastsussex.gov.uk/health-safety-wellbeing/mental-health-emotional/ for some suggestions on how to engage your students and staff in discussing this important issue.  As 1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health episode at some point in our lives, opportunities such as World Mental Health Day offer a useful forum for conversations.  Please watch the films available through the information and links on czone to help you get started.  Email me news of your activities and I will select a few to visit on the 10th October.
