Virtual Schoolbag (VSB)
An exciting new opportunity to work with the EYFS team across East Sussex.
- Are you an experienced EYFS practitioner?
- Are you passionate about the importance of EYFS and outcomes for young children?
- Would you like to share your expertise in supporting others?
We are looking to create a team of experienced EYFS practitioners to become Foundation Stage Lead Practitioners and support our work across East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to work with colleagues across the county and will provide invaluable professional development.
We will provide training to support you throughout the year.
You will need to commit to ten days across the year to include attending the training provided and a variety of other activities such as supporting with writing and delivering training and visiting schools or settings.
We will need you to be flexible in meeting these commitments as days required will vary according to need.
Your school/setting will be paid supply costs to cover your release. This would be £200 per day per school and £100 per day per setting.
This Foundation Stage Lead Practitioner role could complement and extend an EYFS moderator or moderation group lead role, however this is not a prerequisite for applying.
If you are interested, then please seek the agreement of your headteacher/manager/owner and complete the expression of interest form ensuring you refer to the person specification. Both documents can be found here.
If you want to discuss the role in any way, then please contact Rowena Dumbrell.
Please complete and return to firstname.lastname@example.org by Thursday 11th October 2018.
