Professional Development Opportunity - National Qualifications for Middle and Senior Leaders

St Marks Teaching School Alliance will be running the NPQSL and NPQML courses in 2018/19. These courses have proven to be very beneficial in developing middle and senior leadership within schools. Do consider asking staff to apply for these courses when agreeing professional development targets during Staff Appraisal meetings. Participants complete a school based assessment task which can be linked with an aspect of your school development plan so there are many advantages in asking staff to apply.

These courses are organsied and assessed by UCL Institute of Education London and are nationally recognised qualifications. As the sessions are being run via St Marks TSA then you only pay cluster prices! This is fantastic value for the number of days training that staff will receive.

There are some very generous discounts (see below) which are detailed in the programme adverts. Staff working in schools in Hastings or Lewes can apply for fully funded places (NOTE - applications for these scholarships must be submitted before 4th September)
